To Subsidize orphanages run by other charity organizations:
IIROSA sponsors a number of orphans under the care of reliable charity organizations.

The deprived child program:
This program takes care of children deprived of family attention or care of either one or both parents because of natural or man-made disasters.

To Open and run social centers to educate and train orphans:
Under this program, the orphan remains under the care of his/her relatives, while enjoying  sponsorship of IIROSA's.

The productive family program:
IIROSA aims at improving the financial situation of families looking after orphans, and consequently improving their standard of living. To achieve this goal, female members of the family are given vocational training in trades such  as: sewing and embroidery, knitting, carpet making, animal husbandry and poultry farming etc. After training, the persons are given appropriate tools or instruments of production, according to their respective trade; as well as an amount of money in order to be self employed. The sponsored person then repays  the amount in installments so that others can be supported.

Subsequent supervision:
This program is designed to help provide the orphan with financial assistance along with psychological, social, educational and vocational guidance after the sponsorship ends at age 15.

The orphan’s festival gift:
IIROSA through this drive, reminds sponsors to send money to their wards as gifts during such occasions as Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha, so as to bring happiness to them, and also further bring the Islamic society closer.
